TYFB系列低速、大扭矩粉塵防爆永磁直驅(qū)同步變頻電動(dòng)機(jī)是我公司針對(duì)低速、重載設(shè)備市場需求開發(fā)的新型永磁直驅(qū)同步電動(dòng)機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)子采用永磁材料勵(lì)磁,實(shí)現(xiàn)了低速大扭矩動(dòng)力傳送,采用變頻器控制電機(jī),在磨機(jī)應(yīng)用中,去掉減速機(jī),直接驅(qū)動(dòng)小齒輪即可。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大、效率高、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、可靠性高、噪音低、安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),基本實(shí)現(xiàn)免維護(hù).傳動(dòng)方式的改變,去掉減速機(jī),簡化了磨機(jī)的傳動(dòng)鏈,減少了減速機(jī)的維護(hù)成本,去掉中間環(huán)節(jié),提高了磨機(jī)整體的傳動(dòng)效率。

本系列永磁電機(jī)采用永磁材料勵(lì)磁,較傳統(tǒng)電流勵(lì)磁的電動(dòng)機(jī),功率因數(shù)顯著提高,減少了定子電流和定子電阻損耗,穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)無轉(zhuǎn)子銅耗。在25%-120%額定負(fù)載范圍內(nèi),均可保持較高的效率和功率因數(shù)。使輕載運(yùn)行時(shí)的節(jié)能效果更為顯著。永磁電機(jī)與異步電動(dòng)機(jī)效率與功率因數(shù)與負(fù)載率之間的特性相比,具有明顯的優(yōu)越性(如下圖所示)

效益

穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)沒有轉(zhuǎn)子電阻損耗,進(jìn)而可以因總損耗降低而減少風(fēng)扇和相應(yīng)的風(fēng)摩損耗,從而使其效率比同規(guī)格感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)可提高10~15個(gè)百分點(diǎn)   提高電網(wǎng)品質(zhì)、發(fā)揮電網(wǎng)容量、節(jié)約電網(wǎng)投資。 永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)在25%~120%額定負(fù)載范圍內(nèi)均可保持較高的效率和功率因數(shù),使輕載運(yùn)行時(shí)節(jié)能效果更為顯著
